Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Fairfax from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Fairfax homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Fairfax crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Fairfax homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Fairfax roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
